Warranty Replacement Procedure
Instructions: If you require a replacement for a Memorex product that is still under warranty, please read the Warranty Replacement Procedures below, before clicking on the Warranty Replacement Form link at the bottom of this page. We apologize, but incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
CD/DVD Drives
If you have a defective Memorex CD/DVD Drive, you must contact (877) Is-It -Live or (877) 474-8548 between the hours of 9am and 6pm (PST) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to have the drive replaced. Do not complete the following form.

TravelDrives, Mega TravelDrives, Ultra TravelDrives and Flash Media
If you have a defective Memorex TravelDrives, Mega TravelDrive, Ultra TravelDrive or any type of Flash Media Card, you must contact (877) Is-It -Live or (877) 474-8548 between the hours of 9am and 6pm (PST) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to have the product replaced. Do not complete the following form.

Please do not send TravelDrives or Flash Media in standard envelopes through the US Postal Service, as lost/damage of the product may occur. We recommend using a padded envelope to ensure proper delivery. If you are returning an Ultra TravelDrive or Mega TravelDrive, please package the item appropriately to prevent damage to the product during shipping.

TravelDrive and ThumbDrive Cap Replacements
If you have a defective Memorex TravelDrive or ThumbDrive cap, please make sure you use the "your question” box on the following form to specify "TravelDrive Cap” or “ThumbDrive Cap". You must also specify the color of the cap for replacement- either black or gray. A receipt is not required for cap replacement, unless requested by the Warranty Department after completion of the form.

Accessories
If you have a defective Memorex accessory, you must complete the following form.

Hardware (i.e. Keyboards, Mice, Card Readers)
If you have a defective piece of Memorex hardware, you must complete the following form.

Blank Media
If you have a defective piece of Memorex blank media, you must complete the following form. Please be sure to fill in the exact amount of defective media.

All Memorex Products
You should receive your product replacement 3-4 weeks from form submission date, unless there are additional questions regarding your submission. You will be contacted by a Memorex technical support representative if any such questions arise.

Memorex reserves the right to require any type of product to be returned for evaluation. You may be asked to return the defective product after Memorex’s receipt of the Warranty Replacement Form. Should this occur, please mail the product (with RMA number provided) to the following address:
